Who will my donations help?

WVCC is a member volunteer and asset based organization. Your donation helps connect people impacted by cancer with local providers of specialized integrated medicine and complementary services.  We help ensure people with and beyond cancer are not alone.

Our members promote healing and well-being through educational and emotional support. We accomplish this by embracing, listening to and celebrating cancer survivors and their caregivers.

We raise the awareness of local business owners and non-profits and encourage them to expand their services to include "specialties" that focus on healing the unique effects Cancer and traditional treatments have on the body, mind and spirit. 

WVCC volunteers meet the 2nd Saturday every month to work on strategic special projects such as: Our 1st annual walk and health fair, gathering inspirational stories from local residences, arranging guest speaking engagements, identifying educational and emotional outreach opportunities, collaborating with similar minded businesses and organizations and creating a solid organizational infrastructure.

Obviously all non-profits are burdened with regulated corporation licenses, registration and operating fees.

Your dollars go primarily to outreach, education and making the connection between people impacted by cancer and local West Valley resources.
